BMW Complaint – bookcomplaints

Dear Team,

Please refer to my post on July 15, 2015 on the official Facebook page of BMW INDIA regarding BMW GT (Car No. UK07AP0006) series, 2011. I regret to inform that I am still facing the same issues and this time it has gone even farther. First, BIRD AUTOMOTIVE, Gurgaon, Haryana sold me the 2010 made car in 2011 by manipulating the documents and to make the situation worse they offer poorest quality and the most inferior service for this so called renowned brand. In revert to my last complaint, I was made assure that all the issues have been taken care of, however now when I am in a middle of a drive, from New Delhi, after going through all the standard check procedures to avoid problems during drive to Goa, to my surprise I am facing the same issues which were resolved as per the organization during my last complaint. Not only that, to worsen the situation, the shockers are non – functional/flat, switch issues are persistent. I feel that it was my mistake to trust this fraud organization. I strongly recommend that all the aspiring clients should switch to a better organization in order to stay away from latter issues and worst service ever. These FRAUDSTERS just know how to rip your money and give you nothing in return. The most preposterous experience ever.
