I bought the NOKIA LUMIA 920 WHITE before three months and after getting the handset it shows some problem as it got hang and when I complaint the same to NOKIA CARE , they replied the satisfying answer and after some more time they tried to ignore every complaint of mine. And unfortunately today on 7-4-2014,morning it goes off while calling. on the same day I handover it to NOKIA SERVICE CENTER,Cell Well,Budshah Bridge lalchowk, but they told me that they will repair and give back to me after a month. It is very shocking that the Nokia Brand tries to cheat me. I don’t have such time to wait as I am a businessman and almost run all my business on cell phone. Now I need my money back as I get fed up from you people or replace my phone with other model as I think this model has some problem that is why your company stopped to make this model anymore. If the NOKIA brand did not replace the cell phone or refund the money within three days I will book a complaint in the consumer court.
