bigsop.com – Defective item delivered

Bigsop.com has deceit me. I got registered on website Panel Place and was giving survey, In one of the survey, At second last page it showed the screen that they are offering one of the items among the three shown with image, I choose IPhone 5 and on next page same image of IPhone 5 was shown beside which Rs. 49,500 was strike off and Rs. 599 was written after that was about payment through credit card details in row. I was not having credit card so I closed that page. Next morning i.e on 29-05-2014 at about 10:32 a tele-caller called me by number +918065395271 and asked me about rejection for iPhone 5 in so low cost. I told her that I do not have credit card she said than there is one newly launched watch which is very beautiful and its market cost is above Rs. 2,000/- you will have to pay the same amount through “cash on delivery” and you will be as participant in the lucky draw of iPhone 5, I still denied but she insisted that if you dissatisfy from that watch you could return it and we will send you another item from our store, there is no loss moreover you shall have a chance to win iPhone. So I accepted. On next day another call came for confirmation by telephone number +918065690503 at 11:05 morning and told me that if I dissatisfy than I could go to website and register complain and choose any other item from the website. On 2nd June I received courier and paid him Rs. 600/- in cash. When I opened it and tried to set the current time, I found it was not working. I immediately went to website bigsop.com and tried customer care numbers but nobody picked the phone. I registered complain in bigsop.com but nothing worked till date.
I was having the number of deliveryman I rang him he gave me number of any lady the number is 07259117799. I rang to her many times but she is also suspending the matter.Has corruption in India got such deep roots that at every step people are ditching without any fear.
There are thousands of such websites running in India, I can’t understand what our cyber crime branch doing.
