i booked from big2sale online samsung j7 phone and deducted the amount 7198 rs but phone not receive and no any information and no attend customer care mobile phone
I ordered three Samsung J7 mobiles from BIG2SALE web site and i payed the money through credit card Amount Rs: 21,395/-, after that i didn’t received any confirmation mail from big2sale.com, i called so many times to this no: 08447241441. but no can answer the call & some time it busy. i mailed to customer care but there is no any response from those peoples.. In their web site it shows SHIPPED but still i didn’t get any details till now.. so, any pls help.
