NO Exchange no refund happned yet
I placed the order on 15th aug 2015, it was delivered to me on 20th augst.. I raised request for exchange .. and product was picked up on 22nd aug.. but from that day till today I didn’t get the exchanged product.. I am tired of calling to the customer care..
neither they picking my call nor replying to the mail..
I didn’t get the product nor I received the money yet..
disgusting horrible customer service..
no call , no reply for my mail, no product , no refund money
every thing from biba to me starts with NO.
