BEAM TELECOM – Worst customer support in SHIFTING CONNECTION

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Rakesh reddy with registered mobile number 9701133222. I subscribed beam internet connection for 6 months package. i contacted Beam customer service for shifting my connection in 2nd month of my usage, on 2/05/2014, the customer support people told me they will check feasibility with in 48 hrs, but after 48 hrs i called them again they said it will take 24 hrs more. They keep saying it for 5 days that it will take 24 hrs more . I’m frustrated with their service.Please help to solve the problem ASAP.
