BEAM TELECOM – Problem in shifting BEAM internet connection

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Rakesh reddy with Registered mobile number 9701133222, I subscribed BEAM Internet connection for 6 months package. On 2nd month of my usage I needed to shift my connection & I requested beam customer support for shifting connection on 2/05/2015.The customer support people told me they will check feasibility with in 48 hrs. I called them after 48 hrs they said it will take 24 hrs more. They keep saying it for 5 days that it will take 24 hrs more. I’m frustrated with their worst service. Please help me in solving my issue & shifting my internet connection as soon as possible.
