My name is Rekha Chowdhary of house no 147 sector 15 A Faridabad cell no 9891124969 We had purchased a pump set vide bill no 631 on 16.07.2015 .Despite repeated calls they have not bothered to send anyone to repair the pump ho only few days have passed since we purchased it Kindly look into the matter.
