Bachat India Service – not refund

My name is Yogender Singh Bhati my mobile no. is 9782221889. I have many calls and send mails to bachat india service mail id, but company dont send me a single response. I am sending all the details regarding my transcation.
I booked order Nike GYM Set @ Rs. 9999/- on 22.06.15 through Citrus Pay, i booked my order afterthat a phone call from Bachat India,company’s excutive told me, i win a holiday voucher for Amount is Rs. 10000/- but i rejected the prize i.e holiday Voucher, but Executive told me if I am not interested in holiday Voucher so company give 4 options
1. Laptop of Lenovo
2. 32″ LED of Samsung
3. A7 Mobile of Samsung
4. Holiday Voucher
So i show my interest to buy a Sumsung LED 32″ @ 34000/-, Executive told me my holiday voucher worth Rs. 10000 deducted from 34000/- and pay the amount only 24000/-, so that i done NEFT from Account No is 00121001000883 Account holder Name is Mrs. Asha Devi Bhati Bank Name is FINGROWTH CO-OPERATIVE BANK LTD, VAISHALI NAGAR, JAIPUR dated 26-06-2015. Transcation ID is NIDBH15177549118. Citrus Pay ref no is CTX1506221145217235296, Order No is. 201506220445038877 payment was successfully, but product is not received when i was called in Citrus Pay so they are refund Rs. 9999/- amount. but 24000/- is not refund and didnt received a product i.e 32″ LED.The amount of Rs. 24000 is direct NEFT throught above mentioned bank.
Please help me for my Rs. 24000/- for refund.
