askmebazaar – product not delivered

Dear Sir/ma’am,

I’ve booked a product (Haier 32inch LED TV) through ndd.askmebazaar.com (Tracking id = ndd2631535)

The product was booked on 24th of Dec’15. the product was supposed to be delivered on 26th Dec. as the website says guarenteed next day delivery!

But today is 1st of Jan still i havent recieved the product at my end!

Every day i call to support (04444444444) of askmebazaar but the only responce i get is “we have escalated the complaint and we will revert you in 24Hrs of Time).

I waited for more than one week but the situation still continues the same!

If the company couldnt able to make the delivery in next day why is that website say’s guaranteed delivery in next day..?

Even i tried cancelling my product, but the sales repesentative said that there is no option to cancel the product and the only option is to reject the product at the time of delivery!

As i have paid the entire amount throgh debit card i feel it really difficult now.

Please help me ..
