askmebazaar – order cancellations

Sir/Madam , my orders with id no’s AB9175118 booked on date 24-01-16 and ABF2664917 booked on date 17-01-16 have been consecutively cancelled by askmebazaar inspite of commitments and assurances to deliver the order within 10 working days..but after waiting for more than 8 working days in each case both my orders have been cancelled by the seller. i was in constant touch with the askmebazaar executives and supervisors almost everyday and always they assured me that my order will be delivered within 10 working days and just 1 day before my order got cancelled their supervisor said that my order is ready to be shipped by the seller but that was not to be the case as the product is now out of stock according to them. how can a confirmed and ready to be shipped order go out of stock?? ..sir they are lying and fooling the customer . i waited more than 2 weeks with hope that my orders will be delivered by i am completely wretched, i want my orders or compensation as i have wasted so much time.
