Ambience Car Parking – Car hit in the parking

On 7th January somebody hit my car in ambience mall parking and when I asked the security guard about it he said he does not know. When I asked him to call the supervisor then the supervisor said he does not care and they will not pay me anything . they charge 50 rupees for parking and they are not even there to take care of the cars. They were very rude and then I talked to pratap Saharan, the head of the parking and he told me that their company will not pay anything. Please help me with matter. My car number is DL4CAN5083
