I am from India. I went in Singapore in 2018 on student pass from One year. After that I come back to India.
I am Start searching job in Singapore some of website like Gumtree. Then a person name Alex contact me , he informed me that an company have quota. I send my educational certificate, after a week I receive a interview call from number +65 8359 9436 as company worker. I got selected and receive IPA within 12 days.
He send me unclear IPA letter and said first you pay refundable security amount of SGD 3000. In IPA the postal code are Singapore 529536.

On Dated 12 March, 2019, I try to call on WhatsApp but he didn’t respond. I try to mail him but the mail domain show unable to reach.
Kindly, Help me regarding this, please catch that agent and back my money. That money was I borrow from my friend savings.
