Akash Malakar – I got faulty and duplicate MI power bank

I received faulty and duplicate MI power bank product. I ordered it on 31 dec, 2015 from bookmyoffer, i received it on 5th of January, 2016, once i open it, i saw it’s damage and when i on it, it’ was not working and after that i charged it. a full of day but same thing is happens —it’s not working condition, i tried to call on customer care bt they are not receive my calls but after some days i again tried they picked it and they giving complain no. 45039. but now after 5 days i daily tried to call them, no body answer, when i call them it’s ringing and after 30 sec it got disconnect automatically. I JUST WANT BACK MY MONEY. OTHERWISE I WILL FILE CASE IN CONSUMER COURT.
