I am complaining about Airtel DTH

I have been an Airtel DTH customer since an year. Airtel DTH deducts money from my account adding unneccesary useless packages on me without intimating me.
This has happened to me more than 5 times in less than 12 months of service from Airtel. They are earning by cheating customers by deducting money from their account without any notice.
It is highly exasperating, I had to keep checking my account balances often because I have been victim of this forgery with Airtel since long.
Appreciate if serious action is taken against Airtel DTH.
