I am the Customer for more that 5 years now, For viewing the DTH services i pay regularly pay the rentals ( subscription charges), As i was having the 2 connections from the beginning, on 21/07/2015 one connection was surrendered and the Set top box was collected by the authorised agents of the Airtel, post that till date my account is still showing that i am the user for 2 connection.
After contacting the customer service, the answer was given that due to technical reasons in the system account is still showing the 2 connections, they also agreed that they can see the one connection is being surrendered.
Again on 2nd October formal complain was registered vide no. 4753515 for the same, the same complain is repeated on 14th October com no. 47234576 was logged,
Upon all this the nodal desk was contacted on 17.10.2015as an escalation desk the contact number of Mr.Amit Kumar was given but as the std. process some girl called Aarti came on the line saying she is talking on his belf and needs 24 hrs to resolve the matter, again on 18th Deepk came on the line of nodal desk talking on behalf on MR. Kumar asked for 24 hrs to look into the matter,
The advice given by the customer service representatives was i should recharge my account for min. Rs.200, mean whil they are looking in to the matter, as customer i have already paid more than Rs.500 to Airtel and now again they want us to pay
This looks like one should keep doing charity to such companies, they will always look in to the matter with no results.
Such a big names in the market does not have any norms to monitor response and resolution time for the complains, they just need money to from the customers that’s it they are not concerned about the customer.
Finally my account was suspended on 18th of October, and on 22th services to my account is stopped, as i choose Airtel i have to pay for the choice i made.
