Airtel Broadband – Shows wrong Data usage and fraud customers

I am having an airtel broadband connection and my number is 01140660063. I have been given a plan of Rs.649 in which I need to get high speed data of 17 at speed of 2mbps and later the speed of 512kbps. My plan is of unlimited type. But airtel always frauds with me as even if I not use a single gb, all my data vanishes within 10 days. I have complaint about this many times but they only give me a reply that it is my fault as I am having wifi connection so it automatically consumes data.

Previous month it noticed all my usage and found that in one week I only used 4GB data but on airtel website it was showing that I have utilised 15GB of data.

This company is totally fraud and cheats customer. Not a single executive is able to help me in this regard.
