This is my painfull job to complain against Aircel because it is third
time when my account is being debited without my consent. The debit
amount is about 15 INR. whenever I call the customer care
representative they use to say that you have been charged for clicking
the link in some site which is not the fact. therefor i kindly request
to refund my 15*3=45 INR as quick as possible or else i will lodge a
complain in consumer forum and simply portable my no to some other
service provider.

We have verified your account details and found that on dated 08th Aug 2015 a content “MP3 Full song” was downloaded from your number 8908469904 through transaction mode WAP and Rs.15/- was deducted from your account towards content download charges. As the content is chargeable there was no wrong deduction from your account. Hence we regret to inform you that we will not able to post any adjustments in this regard.
