If there is zero rating I would have chosen and reward them only, the worse management and the worse team overall fraud and thief’s simply. Suggest do not trust unless you insert your terms and conditions that penalty and compensation in our (Customer’s) favor rather the builder (Aditya) before signing/trapped yourself any doc worth review the terms and conditions.
