ACT FIBRENET – Shifting of line

I HAD ASKED FOR SHIFTING OF MY ACT NET.THE FIELD PEOPLE SAY SHIFTING IS FEASIBLE.BUT CALL CENTRE EXE.SAYS IT IS NOT FEASIBLE.WHEN FIRED CALL CENTRE EXE. SAYS HE WILL NOT GIVE CONECTION.HE REFUSES TO CONNECT THE CALL TO HIS HIGHERUP.NOT ABLE TO CALL THE SUPPOSED NODAL OFFICER/OMBUSMAN AT BANGALORE/HYDERABAD.THE BANGALORE CALL CENTRE PEOPLE AT BANGALORE ASK ME TO CALL CHENNAI CALL CENTRE.THEY DON’T TAKE COMPLAINTS TO TOP TO GET THEM REDRESSED.SHIT WITH ACT.MY NUMER 9362111211 CHENNAI.IS ANY BODY FROM ACT LISTENING?
