Hi I am submitting this complain against the company Godrej they people beg us so many times to take the AMC so that every time when we are facing problem we don’t need to pay money. But now after taking the warranty they people don’t provide us the service. They promise to provide service in next 24 hrs but today there are more than 10 days and no resolution provide infact they daily told us to resolve next day but there is no next day. Please help us as we are facing the problem and we don’t have anyone who help us in this. Hoping to get the reply from you.
