I have a bought a flat from Abhiraj Constructions in Urappakkam, godhavari nagar. We are facing lot of issues in the flats and i will list down all the items here.
– Very worst plumping work. Water leakage from the roof in during the rainy season.
– Septic Construction is very poor. It is getting filled fifteen days once.
– Cracks in the building.
– Still no car parking allocated.
Please don’t buy flat from this builder.
