The customer care is waste. They don’t even know how to talk to a customer. I called them up after sending multiple emails and finding that nobody is responding. Ticket refund amount was not credited to my account. Its almost a month and i’m still following up with them!!!
I had booked many tickets previously and have cancelled tickets also in the past 1 year without any issues. But this is the first time I had to contact their customer care because the amount was not actually refunded. I’m making a final attempt after which I’m planning to take it up legally because of their inefficient customer care.
