abhi bus – They charge money for service but never inform customer about bus cancellations.

Abhi bus service is so bad that it took them a phone call from the customer to find out the APSRTC bus booked through their website has been cancelled. I called them 2 hours after the scheduled time and then they checked at that point and found that the bus was cancelled. After an initial argument he says the machine did not work. When they charge so much I as a customer feel it is their minimum responsibility to inform the customer (SMS, email,call primary or emergency number) about cancellations. Please never book through their website as they give hard time to customers for changes but are very careless in informing customers.
