abhi bus – Cancellation

To cancel a ticket, I had called abhibus as it is not being possible from my end. The customer care number takes a min of 6-7 minutes before reaching the executive and after all that they keep the phone on hold with permission and never reply back. For the ticket cancellation when I asked them about the issue they said they will raise a complaint and keep me updated. After this I thought they will take care of it, but no the ticket has not been cancelled and no update from them. The customer care is absolutely waste of time and money. If they had specified earlier that ticket cannot be cancelled it would have saved my money and time.
