On 19th July,I was told by the merchant-Aapkacareer.com (Anantkumar- 9266620392)to do verification process through payment gateway for refund procedure when the online transaction showed failure; but later I received SMS mentioning that 9776/- was spent on my CR card at Designing hub_PayTM.
On 20th July, I was told to do a net transaction with my merchant AapKa career.com (Abhay,Sr.Manager Refunds-8459755489) for the reversal of the amount 9776/- that was yesterday wrongly debited to my account.
However I got a transaction ID 806679 which again showed that the amount of 9776/- has been debited second time to my Cr card account. My merchant Aap Ka Career.Com told me that this transaction as well as earlier transaction (ID 038887) are flagged and will be credited to my account within 72 hours.
I was asked to do a transaction on 5th Aug’14 by the merchant (Abhay & Ravi) saying that the payment gateway server problem has been resolved due to which my earlier verification processes have not been through. Even then the transaction showed a debit to my account.
The merchant is insisting on using another card to complete the transaction by verification process through payment gateway.
This is a cheating syndicate who are conning vulnerable people through a decorated website and payment gateway. I want to lodge a case against them in the consumer court as well as lodge FIR against them.
