I ordered bouquet and greeting from city flowers .The order was booked and confirmed .At the time of delivery they asked me to pay 100 Rs extra as they said the location is outside the city premises.They did not told be before booking and confirming the order. They asked me to mandatory pay else told be they will not deliver the order if i don’t pay extra.This was from Nagpur location.
Please address my grievance to consumer court as lot of websites are following the same and addressing to the consumer struggle.
