Rs 19000 membership taken, no refund provided even after confirmed mail

Joywe Holidays promised us to make a travel plan in Jaisalmer and forced us to take the membership of Rs 19000.
After the payment, they said they cannot provide due to unavailability which they faked earlier that they will provide. After complaining so many times, they said they are ready to provide the refund. Plenty mails sent after that, no response.
Plenty calls, very few pickup up and said that they will reply but never replied.
Now website is also gone, all phone numbers are not in use, no WhatsApp, no email. A big fraud company, please arrest these all people and their owner and refund back our hard earned money with a very long mental harrasment faced by them.
