Not receiving booking as per requirement

I bought holiday package form the park royal holidays . Now they are not giving booking as per requirement . Every time they giving new excuse like sold out , inventory not available , advance information detail . I am requesting since Dec 2025 for holiday package but still they are not giving as per my requirement . Completely bad service by this company and nobody replying now .
