fraud sales and no service after payment

i have taken a 3 year membership of holidays from this fraud company and whenever i ask for make bookings they only making excuses and not responding my mails and calls.
i have tried so many times for booking but they not provided any. i seek to close this company and return all the money back to innocent peoples back.
