Whaaky.com (online shopping site) – Duplicate & defetive Produts

My name is Hemant Sakhare, i have ordered PUMA shoes & Beats Headphones form Whaaky portal and got delivery on 24.03.2014. Before i ordered i had a word with their customer support team and they assure me all the products are genuine / original but I am not happy with the performance of Beats Headphone it seems to be duplicate and one side of the headphone sound is not clear.

Please find the below information (Attached invoice copy for your reference)..

I have tried to contact their customer support also but no one picked the call..

  2. After calling several times to Whaaky.com, I have written a mail to [email protected].
    I have the same issue.
    Puma Shoes – wrong size and pathetic colour/quality
    Headphones – Not at all a Beats Headphone and worst of all, one side of that duplicate piece not working also.

    Lets see when I will get any reply.
