I have read all the comments in the above discussions.
Let me take the opportunity to introduce myself an Ex -employee of 4i Apps solution Chennai.
Things mentioned above by the candidates are very true, and the people at 4i Apps solution do fool fresher.
All they will expect you to follow their stupid HR Policies, Biased to employees, Cheap Management, I mean Cheap….
Management people tend to scare their employees, you feel like a school kid.
1. They will charge you money for the employment.
2. They will force you to sign a bond stating you sign it with your will.
3. They manipulate the Resumes of Employees while sharing it to client and fooling the clients.
4 They will never give you experience letter if you decide to leave.
5. They don’t even have proper lavatory/washroom and most of the time there is no toilet paper and water….
6. They asked you to come to work on weekends, by saying management decided this and you will have to come.
7. They don’t pay the employees who are at client site, you will have to keep on sending mails to them.
8. They very unfair to the employee.
I have almost 15 to 20 of my friends who worked there are still in contact with me who will confirm for the same.
I could Even mention their names here but this would not fair on their part, I cant behave irresponsible like 4i Apps and Hurt People.
Worst of all they hire you a fresher and they will manipulate your Resume Mentioning 5 to 6 Years of Experience for their Client.
Then they will send you to their client site and will ask you to pretend as if you are 6 years of Professional and put your career in danger.
2nd most important point of all, they will bill their client for an experienced resource of 5 to 6 years which is completely unethical and fraud with the clients.

If you think the point mentioned are incorrect and let me know I will produce you the Proof which I still have it with my in my mail ..

Dear all the readers please follow out discussion and see what really comes out.
I really want then to be exposed over a common platform, let them ask the proof and I will put it all here for you people.
And Yes I don’t work anymore as I am an Entrepreneur now, so don’t even think of……..
