Wooden Street – Non delivery of furniture

I made an online purchasefrom Wooden street on the 18th June 2017. It’s been 5 weeks since & I still have not received the delivery.
This is despite regular follow ups with their Customer care on the progress of production. Following is the mail cycle received from [email protected] :-
June 23rd –
We would like to inform you that your order is ready and its going under Quality check process and same will be dispatch in 1 or 2 days. – From Ashish [email protected]
July 3rd –
Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
We would like to inform you that our expected delivery time is 5-7 weeks but we are taking your case as priority and will try to expedite it.
Your expected delivery is 2nd week of July, we will try it to be done as soon as possible.

We would like to inform you that please allow us some time, we will update you by today end of the day.

Apologies for the inconvenience caused.
We would like to inform you that your product has completed the manufacturing process.
We would be dispatching the same within this week. We appreciate your patience & cooperation with us.

It’s 25th of July today and when I call the customer care, their lines are busy (since yesterday)
All follow ups & requests made through the chat section of the website have not elicited any response. They were supposed to connect me to their “support team” yesterday itself.
