Rishikesh Daily Needs – False price (Honey bell)

I am a resident of Sun Srishti Complex,Saki Vihar Road,Powai,Andheri(E),Mumbai-400072.We have super market named Rishikesh Daily Needs.Yesterday i buyed honey bell cakes a product of Kwality company.The actual price of the cake is Rs12 but the shop keeper fools the customer by removing the actual packet of the product and putting the product in the plastic cover and selling the product for Rs15 with a sticker sticked above it and naming the product as Rs 15.Kindly do the needful.
