i have a complain against lenovo service centre and one of my lenovo product .
sir/madam I bought a lenovo A6010 mobile phone ,IMEI : 868852027298756,868852027298764 . I made this purchase at 08/06/2016 from Watch centre,135 ,rash bihari avenue(gariahat),kolkata-700029
Unfortunately, this product has not performed well,after 2-3 months of purchasing this product it started giving some problem and now its become very problematic.
problems :
1. my mobile is not charging properly ,my mobile charger is okay .
2.when i am talking with some one ,all the time they say that they can’t hear anything. this problem is also a very big issue because now days i have to use a headphone for talking with someone.
3. mobile discharge so fast .if i am turned on data connection and some applications in this my mobile and use it continue just for 1 hour my mobile takes more than 60-70% charge for this.
i am already visited two times at lenovo service centre(golpark) but i cant get any help from them. they are take my mobile for 1 or 2 days for repairing but when i get my mobile back after 2 or 3 days same problems arrived again . but its not possible for me to go again and again in service centre. my mobile is still in warranty period they are not take any serious step to solve my problem .so i am very disapointed with them . my mobile is still problematic and i am still facing so much trouble to use this mobile. i am going to attached my mobile bill below.
so sir/madam i request you to please take some step to solve my problem.i will waiting for your reply .
