I am basically consultant under name of “Success Recruitment”. I am working for various companies as a manpower consultant. I have approached the company name “Infinite computer solutions” and I got the mail from company with current openings.
I am also involved into campus recruitment. I have sent mail to company and informed the I am planning for campus drive of their company in one of the colleges in pondicherry. At that time they said ok and sent me confirmation. I got the mail from vinay krishnapuram and sangeeta debnath ( HR department) of Infinite computer solutions.
I went for a campus drive & have shortlisted the candidates on basis of communication skills. (these are B,E and B.TECH candidates) further rounds will be taken by company as told by Vinay krishnapuram Sir.
Now when I can called Vinay sir regarding joining of these candidates so he told to send candidates on 28 July 2015 in company. All the shortlisted candidates went to the company after the company people are saying that we have not done drive and we do not know who is Ankit Sudan.
one of the guards also misbehaved with the parents who went along with students. Now Ashok serrao and sangeeta debnath are saying that was false recruitment and we are not aware of that. So please let me know how it is possible as sangeeta debnath was in CC when confirmation has been done and also she was in CC in mail when Vinay krishnapuram the final shortlist mail to college.
Now company people are forcing college people to do FIR against Ankit Sudan. Please help me.
