dear sir , i am a loya since idea customer since inception . i have prepaid and postpaid numbers. many of them for me and my family. i have a postpaid number 9617046570. with a 499.00 plan. i have been put to great inconvenience in that i was stranded at mumbai airport and banglore airport for want of data communiation and voice communiation. all my efforts to get the data activated costed me mental agony at the age of 78 with a wife 72. can you imagine being stranded at an airport lobby with out being able to communiate to the receiving gentleman.my communication in record of 2 may , 7 may, 8 may be replayed and heard in peace. i forgot it and forgave it. back home i am not able to get service at home town indore on 16 jun when i was struggling to pass a message to new delhi for want of data service. SAD . it is our loyalty to you that i have not changed my service provider since 2000 ie 17 years,
2. before i left indore on my tour i was told that 100.00 voucher would get me lots of call minutes while i am roaming. however on return i found that i have been billed additional roaming charges and i paid approx 1100 .00 for a 499 plan in the month of may
