Exactly the same with me. This one was ridiculous, as the facebook chat for this site initially had options for service and return/refund. I was on an experimental mode, and thus lost 2.6K.
The ad sounded quite genuine. So I thought I would just give it a try. And you know what, they did exactly as I had imagined that they would do. Steal my money, 🙁
I have reported their facebook page, and sent an email to payUmoney. I don’t know whether that would help somehow. Don’t know if payUmoney takes such instances seriously. If not, bad for them.
Unfortunately, PayUMoney seems to have got no interface for reporting miseries, in their web site. So I had to find their complaints care email from the internet, and report my miseries.
