I have had the worst experience with Bookmypacket. My product was out for Delivery on Friday but I did not receive the product. At the end of the day it said, Delivery attempt failed as address not found. I have not received a single hone call from them to find out the address. Another delivery attempt for the same product was made on Monday but once again the same thing. Address not found. No call made to find out the directions. Their customer service number is not answered 98% of the times. Only a Gurgaon number is provided. How the hell do we track our product??????????
