I’m a client at chennai office, and as soon as I got my first project (set of forms), the office shifted its location without providing any information to its clients. All their contact nos. are dead. Initially I paid an amount of Rs. 4750, which is to be refunded after 10 months. I have been trying to contact them for 3 weeks now and I only got a mail from the head-office(mumbai) that the company is temporarily shutdown for a month, because they are upgrading their systems. Since then, even the mumbai no. which I contacted earlier has become inactive. Phone rings but no one answers the call or immediately they cut the call. If their problem was genuine, their tech-support team should still be able to clear client/customer doubts and queries. This is a clear case of fraudulent behavior and this company has been fooling around for many years now. The two people working at the chennai office are Ms. Kavitha Masthan and Mr. Vinoth kumar. Don’t believe anything whatsoever these people or company try to sell you(make you believe), even if it sounds 100% legit.. Contact me, if anyone has details about these fraudsters.
