I booked a flat with Maya garden zirakpur in August 2015 by paying full amount to save interest and increase of price. But just after 15 days a letter was issued to me to deposit another 5 lacs as they increased the price which was a mere cheating.seeing this I had to surrender the flat after getting assurance in writing that my money will be refunded with in 6 to 8 months. Regret that it’s one year now and they are not refunding my money with always some excuse.
