Received other worse quality than I ordered

Sir.these fake sites should be blocked strictly.i have ordered saree from come shop order no CNS12294.but I received worst quality suit cloth.there is no refunds n returns also.they show d other images n supplied entirely different material.there should be some regulatory body on these.
