poor communication

2nd stage started by mid July.
1st Stage completed by end June.
2 months passed the initial 25% of the house construction value down payment made .. no work has started yet. I am not impressed by their attitude as for poor communication and lack of integrity.
Initial chat was done with VH on the 17th March 19. Then VH engineer visited and surveyed the land on the 19th. Today the 26th of March we’re signing the paperwork
