House still pending

I signed a contract with Vajira at the beginning of 2019 and it has been 3 years since the date and my house is still unfinished. They have their tactics for delaying, deceiving, ignoring their customers. I have called and emailed these people numerous times to get the work done and things are still pending and stagnating. I live abroad and my family is not capable of dealing with a construction project, this is the very reason i gave the work to Vajira, trusting their marketing campaign (100 year old company etc,etc). now i am left with a half built house and no one to finish it. Very disappointed with these people.
