I completed an apprenticeship at the University of Worcester. I was the victim of institutional bullying and harassment. While I mostly worked with the security team. I had to put up with inappropriate jokes and intrusive behaviour by one, Ian Bufton.
As International Women’s day approaches, I am detailing my lived experience. I am now employed by the University of Worcester, but still feel my experiences have been discounted.
