Service cancellation – top urgent

Hi,

We (me n my husband)visited to Havelock Island, Andaman on 28 August 2022, one person gave us two scratch cards and said to visit hotel for seminar of 1 hour they will provide gifts(Mobile, watch, holiday package and Tab) after seminar.

We went to TSG Blue Resort and Spa and met with Salmaan (Manager) and Stephen Aditya have explained us about the services for around 2 n half hours, They told us to buy there company Membership and twirled with there conversation and make us to sign agreement.

We had purchased a policy of 70000 Rs and converted money into EMI of 70000 for 1 year.

However, we sent an email to [protected]@topliteholidays.com for cancelling this policy but they denied to cancel it, till now the services have not been started and we don’t want to avail it all so we are asking to cancel but no proper response we got from toplite

we called customer care and all related manager multiple times but no proper response from them, i felt completely cheated by them also there are many reviews where customer is charged by hotels even after taking the policy .

Please help on urgent basis and cancel the agreement right now… I don’t want services
