Fraud and not responding after payment

We were caught while on holidays in Goa by some random stranger who took us in Neelam Grand Hotel in Calangute and gave us detailed presentation on the plan and fooled us to sign agreement with luting benefits in line with other club memberships
We paid 110000/- for membership which was to begin within a week
Soon when started to contact or check more details, the calls went unanswered and mail’s went without response or delayed response still trying to fool us by giving different reasons for delayed response
The executives and customer care aren’t responding and based on various reviews and complaints online it’s definitely a scam and fraud by white collar people operating from well established hotel in Goa
I requested them to refund and cancel membership, but they aren’t responding on th same
Kindly assist to get my money back please
