Fake promises and no response from team

I along with my wife was on vacation when we met these guys. They trapped us with their buttering words and made us buy their membership (MEMBERSHIP NO: TP261221/147). Even after denying to buy, they made us buy after giving luring offers and making fake promises. They even told us that if you don’t have the lump sum amount right now, then in that case they will convert the sum into EMIs.
These guys trapped us to make payments before even seeing and signing the agreement. And the agreement was saying a different language from what they claimed earlier.
They wasted our time and money. Even I went back to claim my money back which they denied by saying that our office is closed. I will need my money back. I have spent around 42k and I will need my money back.
