Non refund of booking amount

Dear Sir
I had booked 2 plots of 250 Sqm in Green city being developed by Srishti Anand Builders and Colonizers Pvt Ltd Jaipur one in my name ( Poonam Bhatia) and other by my sister Mrs Mamta Bhatia. We have paid Rs 1,31,250/- each as booking amount.
We have regularly visit the site and to our consternation, no development work has taken place there. There is one person at site who many times is not there. We have been to their office in Jaipur several times but have not been able to get any answer from them. Every 3 to 4 months they send letters asking for balance payment and making false promises that work has started.
We have send E mails, no response has been received by us. In the month of May we had asked for refund, they took photocopies of our documents and the concerned person said that he will take necessary approval and then we need submit the original documents. We got no response from them since then.
Their Gurgaon office numbers given to us are fake.
I take this opportunity on your website to register a complaint.
There are a lot of people who are complaining about this builder and it is time the authorities take necessary action against such builders.
