Blackmailing to pay over 70,000

I know I’m not alone when i say that sera technology is wrongfully blackmailing people to get money. Within 2 days of registering i told the company i needed to terminate my ID as i wont be able to do the work bcoz of family related health issues. They said they will call or email me within 24 hours but i got neither of those. And a few days later i get a message that a legal notice has been drafted in my name. I paid 6,900 and they said the problem will be over and I’ll get a NOC saying i have the money. After like an hour or so i get another call from the advocate saying that i have to now pay over 70,000 rupees if i wanted to terminate my subscription completely or pay 30,000 if i wanted to continue my work. I’m just a student i borrowed money from a friend to pay that 6,900. I dont have anymore money. And why should i pay anything or go to court when i clearly told them i want to terminate my ID before the work time limit. In the agreement form it clearly states that the client can terminate their ID if they want to. When i brought up this point to the company on their email i get a call saying that rule is for people whose id is still registered. MY ID IS STILL REGISTERED THAT IS WHY I AM GOING THROUGH THIS HELL. Please someone do something about it.
